Would you like to do the opening of our new Mama Shelter in Zürich?
Our customers and our teams are in good hands with you.
You’ll assist the F&B Director in managing the catering department (restaurant, bar, and work/event spaces).
In charge of developing the profitability of each outlet, you also participate in menu engineering and setting menu prices.
As the true right hand of the F&B Director, you recruit, supervise, and take on many other responsibilities. You take the reins in their absence!
You ensure compliance with the law; you’re watch at Mama is never over.
You guarantee the customer experience is always perfect!
