Your daily tasks and responsibilities:

  • Preparing and sending customer reminders and statements
  • Following up on payments not received
  • Direct communication with clients and collaboration with our sales department

Main duties:

  • Preparing and sending customer reminders and statements
  • Following up on unpaid invoices
  • Communicating directly with clients and coordinating with the sales team

Other duties include:

  • Assisting the Senior Credit Controller with Excel reports for management
  • Maintaining customer data files
  • Preparing information for aircraft release procedures (when required)
  • Preparing advance payment invoices (when required)
  • Booking invoices as needed
  • Clarifying and communicating with the production department regarding invoicing and project follow-ups
  • Performing general administrative tasks

The skills and expertise you bring:

  • A background in commerce or accounting with at least two years of experience in accounts receivable
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written); German and French are advantageous
  • Strong computer skills, especially in MS Office (Excel and Word)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
