Albedis SA in Basel seeks a Management Company Risk Specialist (Asset Management) to enhance governance, risk oversight and data-driven controls. You will work with risk, compliance, operations and fund management teams to strengthen oversight, automate reporting and improve processes.

The role focuses on ICS, RCSA, KRIs, BCM and fund oversight within a regulated asset management environment, with an emphasis on data automation and actionable insights.

Qualifikationen

• Proactive and curious governance-focused professional with data management interests.
• Several years of asset management or fund environment experience is valued.
• Experience in risk management, internal controls, oversight or audit.
• CFA/FRM or similar risk certifications are an advantage.
• Swiss/Luxembourg fund framework exposure is a plus.
• Strong English, German a plus, and Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA citizenship required.
• Willingness to work 100% on-site.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and enhance the Internal Control System (ICS) in a regulated asset management setting.
• Monitor effectiveness of key controls across fund and management company processes.
• Support RCSA activities and remediation tracking.
• Monitor KRIs and oversee operational/business risks.
• Prepare risk reports for senior management and governance bodies.
• Develop automated controls, monitoring tools and reporting processes.
• Apply data analysis to risk monitoring and management reporting.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Operations and Fund Management teams.
