Sobi is seeking a Market Access professional to shape pricing, reimbursement strategies, and stakeholder engagement in the DACH region. The role requires collaboration with local cross-functional teams and external bodies to optimize access and patient outcomes.

The position emphasizes cross-border coordination with HQ staff, physicians, payers and authorities, contributing to the success of launched and pre-launch products in a challenging healthcare environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience or internship in market access, health economics, pricing & reimbursement, or healthcare policy is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Propose and implement market access strategies and tactics for Sobi products in the DACH region.
• Identify pricing and positioning opportunities and threats for Haemophilia, Haematology and Immunology products.
• Collaborate with finance, sales and patient access to manage pricing and reimbursement impact.
• Monitor competition and develop pricing/contracting strategies to support business goals.
• Develop relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders to position Sobi as preferred partner.
• Track regulatory changes affecting pricing and reimbursement and adapt strategies.
• Support AMNOG processes with pre-launch teams and negotiations.
