Qualifikationen

• Education: Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, public health, economics, or related field (PhD, MSc, MBA preferred).
• 7+ years in market access and reimbursement within international region role, focusing on GI, internal medicine, endocrinology, Cardiovascular and rare disease market access, with strong understanding for both niche and large patient populations reimbursement.
• Proven track record in international launch planning and execution, including access strategy development with payers and policy makers networks for both niche and large populations markets.
• Effective track record working in matrixed, multicultural teams across different regions.
• Good understanding of international healthcare systems, HTA processes, and both public and private payers’ environment.
• Fluent English; additional languages desirable.

Aufgaben

• Plan and implement market access strategies for specialty care products in international markets.
• Collaborate on pricing, reimbursement, and formulary inclusion using health economic models.
• Develop HEOR evidence, RWD, and value dossiers for HTA submissions.
• Engage with payers, HTA agencies, partners, regulators, and patient groups.
• Coordinate with global and local Medical, Commercial, Regulatory, Legal, and Government Affairs teams.
• Monitor policy developments and support advocacy for patient access.
• Lead multiple market access projects, manage budgets and risks.
• Report on HTA outcomes, P&R decisions, and competitive intelligence in internal systems.
