Michael Page is partnering with a Basel-based client for a 7-month assignment to drive HR systems transformation with Workday HCM. The role requires hands-on HRIS experience and strong incident management skills, delivering value in a complex HR environment.

You will gather requirements, coordinate testing and deployments, manage releases and change requests, and deliver training across HR processes. Exposure to advanced HR technology projects and data quality initiatives is expected.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in HRIS, HR Operations, HR Technology, or business analysis.
• Hands-on Workday HCM experience; ServiceNow HR exposure a plus.
• Background in supporting HR systems, end-users, testing and enhancements.
• Experience creating training materials and supporting change adoption.
• Good understanding of HR processes, data management, reporting and analytics.
• Coordinate releases, incidents and stakeholder communications.
• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.

About Our Client

Our client is a well-established international organisation undergoing significant HR systems transformation. This is a full-time temporary assignment running until March 2027, with potential extension, requiring a quick start and offering exposure to complex HR technology projects.
