They are implementing a new GRC framework impacting thousands of users worldwide. To support this important initiative, we are seeking a PMO Support professional to assist the Project Manager in coordinating activities, tracking deliverables, and ensuring all key milestones are met on time.

To support this important initiative, we are seeking a PMO Support professional to assist the Project Manager in coordinating activities, tracking deliverables, and ensuring all key milestones are met on time.

Description

  • Provide administrative and organisational support to the project team
  • Coordinate internal meetings and manage workshop logistics
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation and reports
  • Support updates to the project plan and help track deliverables
  • Contribute to preparing project status updates and monitoring budgets
  • Document and follow up on project risks, issues, and action items

Profile

  • Strong communication and coordination skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Solid organisational abilities with keen attention to detail
  • A hands-on, analytical mindset to support problem solving and follow-ups
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ideally, exposure to project management frameworks or a certification (e.g. CAPM, Prince2 Foundation)
  • An understanding of risk management or experience with ERP / GRC system projects would be an advantage
