Job Description:

In this exciting position, you will be responsible for the sales of the Windsor brand in Switzerland. Your duties will include active sales of the current collections, intensive support of key accounts, analytical assortment design, and advising customers on assortment and POS optimization. You will also build new customer relationships, manage acquisition, monitor KPIs, and develop store space in your sales territory. The role requires a proactive approach to exceed sales expectations and increase brand awareness.

Required experience and skills include:

  • Successfully completed degree in business administration or comparable training
  • Several years of professional experience in brand sales with results responsibility in Switzerland
  • Very well-developed IT skills, ideally with SAP experience
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; knowledge of French and Italian is a plus
  • Strong client focus and interest in fashion and lifestyle sectors
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Organized and target-driven working style
