Support us as an Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) for the French-speaking Switzerland region on a full-time, permanent basis.

Your responsibilities:
  • Manage a territory in French-speaking Switzerland (Genf, Waadt, Neuenburg, Jura, and parts of the Kanton Freiburg).
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with customers, especially beauty institutes, and advise them on business management to enhance their success.
  • Handle sales for the entire REVIDERM product range, including cosmetic products and devices, and acquire new customers such as dermatologists and beauty institutes.
  • Provide individual coaching and targeted employee training on REVIDERM products and devices, including demo treatments.
  • Conduct annual meetings and plan accordingly.

  • You have successfully completed a cosmetics or commercial apprenticeship and ideally have some professional experience in sales within a cosmetics company.
  • You have a sales-oriented mindset and are confident in handling company figures, allowing you to identify success factors for our customers and help them achieve further success.
  • Your empathy and strong negotiation skills enable you to quickly establish personal customer relationships.
  • You are highly goal-oriented.
  • You reside in the sales area and are willing to travel frequently.
