Jobbeschreibung

Bühler Group in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire, is looking for a skilled sales professional to join our team as Area Sales Manager. This position will be responsible for strengthening the company's business in the region, developing our customer base, and enhancing Bühler's market presence in Central African Countries.

This is where you'll excel

  • Identify new sales prospects, develop strong relationships with existing customers, and acquire new clients.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and product knowledge.
  • Provide technical advice in your area of specialization to customers in the market territory.
  • Develop, in collaboration with internal and external specialists, customized concepts and ensure effective project and quotation preparation, including sales negotiations.
  • Expand Bühler's market presence.
  • Understand customer needs and analyze demand for Bühler solutions.
  • Implement strategic market initiatives, proactively sell retrofits, and develop standard plant solutions for market segments.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships at all levels and implement Key Account Management.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns.
  • Ensure customer data in CRM is current.

These are the skills you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, food processing, or business management.
  • Additional technical training in sales is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar industry.
  • Fluent in English and French.
