Kempinski Hotels in St. Moritz invites motivated youths to begin an apprenticeship in Human Resources & Training. You will learn to support our guests and staff while experiencing life in one of Switzerland's most renowned luxury hotels.

During the off-season, you will attend the school portion of the program and, if available, may assist our sister properties. This is a gateway to international careers with Kempinski, with high standards of service and language exposure.

Qualifikationen

• At least 17 years of age at the start of the apprenticeship.
• Passion for the hospitality profession and high flexibility.
• Area-related internships in hotel or catering at top level.
• Excellent motivation, teamwork, and independence.
• Very good German and English language skills; professional appearance.

Aufgaben

• Support our team to ensure guests receive the best service in summer and winter.
• During off-season, participate in the school portion of the apprenticeship and support sister hotels.
• Welcome guests with a smile and make them feel at ease from the first moment.
