Swatch Group Services' IT division seeks an Applications Manager to steward a portfolio of applications as service owner. You will lead lifecycle changes, ensure service continuity and deliver technical implementations for cloud and on-premises environments.

Join an international team, coordinate with customers to define requirements, provide L2/L3 support, and maintain end-user and technical documentation while driving improvements across the application landscape.

Qualifikationen

• Must have IT technical degree or equivalent in CS.
• Experience with application lifecycle management (3–5 years) preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration in an international environment.

• Manage portfolio of applications as service owner.
• Oversee cloud and on‑prem apps: access, licenses, monitoring, security, updates.
• Coordinate delivery of services and ensure IT service continuity.
• Plan and implement lifecycle changes for applications.
• Provide L2/L3 support.
• Lead enhancements and fixes across lifecycles.
• Support new deployments, migrations and upgrades.
• Collaborate with customers to define requirements and manage expectations.
• Create and maintain end-user and technical documentation.
