Application Support Specialist - Front Office (6-month contract)

For our IT Operations department, we are looking for a Application Support Specialist - Front Office to support Lombard Odier (Europe) S.A. and external partners with Front Office (Wealth Management) application support.

We can consider junior and recently‑graduated young talents for this role (fixed‑term contract and convention‑backed internships are possible).

YOUR ROLE

• Provide functional support for Wealth Management applications
• Identify, resolve and troubleshoot all issues coming to the team
• Ensure the maximum availability of applications and find efficient solutions to problems risen by Front Office teams
• Participate in quality control and drafting of new application releases.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Analytical mind and team spirit, with a taste for customer contact
• Sense of responsibility
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Fluency in French and English
• Residence in Switzerland or willing to relocate
