Qualifikationen

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Krankenhaus- oder öffentlichen Apotheke.
• Führungs- und Beratungserfahrung wünschenswert.
• Gute Deutsch- und/oder Französischkenntnisse mit Kenntnissen in der anderen Sprache.

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung der Apothekenleitung in technischen und organisatorischen Fragen.
• Beratung zu Medikation und Therapiesicherheit.
• Mitwirkung in interdisziplinären Gremien wie der Arzneimittelkommission.

Position details include:

• Support of pharmacy management in technical, organizational, and personnel matters, including acting as deputy in their absence.
• Ensure compliant, economical, and efficient supply of medicines and medical materials.
• Consultation with physicians, nursing staff, and other employees on medication use, therapy safety, and supply.
• Participation in quality assurance standards and process development.
• Preparation of medication information and documentation.
• Support in clinical pharmacy and participation in interdisciplinary committees like the drug commission.
• Assumption of role as technically responsible person (fvP) during absences.
• Work hours are Monday to Friday, flexible between 07:00 and 17:00.

Candidate profile:

• Completed pharmacy degree with Swiss practice license (BAB).
• Several years of experience in hospital pharmacy or a public pharmacy, with some leadership experience preferred.
• Independent, team-oriented, and communicative personality with high professional and social skills.
• Proficient with pharmaceutical databases, MS Office, SAP, and M-KIS.
• Excellent German and/or French skills, with good knowledge of the other language.
