Bachem Holding AG in Bubendorf, Switzerland is seeking an experienced Analytical Project Manager QC (a) 100% to lead analytical activities for peptide and oligonucleotide projects within our CMC teams. You will manage release, stability, characterization, method development and validation, and collaborate across disciplines.

You will apply 5+ years of analytical development or QC experience, with preferred cGMP exposure, and demonstrate strong scientific project management, data interpretation,

Formación

• University degree in Analytical Chemistry or related field.
• At least 5 years' hands-on experience in analytical development or QC.
• cGMP experience; peptide or oligonucleotide analysis preferred.
• Strong project management and matrix leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• English C1 and good German language skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead analytical activities: release, stability testing, characterization, method development and validation, specifications.
• Interacts with customers and across organizational interfaces.
• Support troubleshooting within own and broader area of responsibility.
• Lead know-how transfer to other departments/sites and external partners.
• Assess and consolidate resource needs and timelines for projects.
• Direct interaction with internal departments and global customers.
• Collaborate with Business Development to align with customer needs.
