Job summary

Bachem is seeking an experienced Analytical Project Manager QC (a) 100% to strengthen our PM team in Bubendorf. You will lead analytical activities for peptide and oligonucleotide projects, including release testing, stability assessment, API characterization, method development and validation.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, interpret complex data, manage know-how transfer, and support regulatory-facing activities while maintaining hands-on problem solving and strong

Qualifications

• University degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field.
• At least 5 years hands-on experience in analytical development or QC, preferably with cGMP.
• Ability to interpret complex analytical data and present solutions to stakeholders.
• Experience in peptide or oligonucleotide analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical activities including release, stability testing, API characterization, method development and validation.
• Set specifications and manage know-how transfer across teams.
• Evaluate results and communicate conclusions to customers and internal interfaces.
• Coordinate troubleshooting within own area and with other departments and partners.
• Oversee transfer of know-how to other sites or external partners.
