Northern Trust is seeking an enthusiastic Fund Accounting professional to join the Basel team. The role supports private equity, infrastructure and real estate products for institutional clients.

You will collaborate with Asset Managers and external parties to deliver accurate reporting and timely processing of capital calls and distributions. The Basel team of 14 handles end-to-end fund administration, broker data, and middle-office activities, ensuring service quality for pension funds, banks

Qualifikationen

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong numeric flair.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills; fluency in German required.
• Ability to work in a team or individually with initiative and flexibility.
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines.
• Interest in fund administration and middle-office activities.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and ability to learn new IT applications.
• Accurate work style with strong attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Reporting and administration services for Limited Partners / Investors
• Processing of Capital Call and Distribution Notice for Limited Partners / Investors
• Setup and review static data through notices and investment memos
• Responding to client requests and regular contact with Asset Manager and others
• Set up of new products and implementation of new processes
• Processing of quarterly data / reporting and tracking of deadlines
• Client specific reporting
• Internal and external Audit Liaison
