Apex Alliance Hotel Management is seeking a hands-on HR Manager to build the people foundations of Waldhaus Flims ahead of its pre-opening, reopening and beyond. You will own the resort’s HR function end to end—from recruitment and onboarding the opening team to setting up HR processes in line with Swiss law and Hilton standards, shaping a culture where talents stay season after season.

Qualificações

• 5+ years HR experience in hospitality, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss labour law, L-GAV and social insurances.
• Proven ability in high-volume and seasonal recruitment, pre-opening experience is a plus.
• Hands-on leader who builds trust and handles sensitive matters discretely.
• Structured, data-minded, and proficient with HR/payroll systems and KPI reporting.
• Fluent German and English; French/Italian/Portuguese a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead pre-opening people plan and recruitment across departments with GM guidance.
• Run end-to-end recruitment and employer branding for Alpine resort, including seasonal hiring and work permits.
• Set up HR administration and payroll in line with Swiss law, the L-GAV and social insurance.
• Implement Apex Alliance HR policies and Hilton standards including onboarding and training.
• Build learning, performance appraisal and succession processes.
• Advise managers on employee relations and disciplinary matters.
• Own HR budget, labour cost reporting and HR KPIs with actions for seasonal peaks.
• Drive engagement, wellbeing and retention initiatives.
