Bramble Ski by Le Collectionist is seeking a dedicated Chalet Chef to deliver restaurant‑quality dining in private alpine chalets. You will craft refined menus, manage all aspects of food preparation, and work closely with the Chalet Manager to exceed guest expectations in a luxury ski environment.

Drop‑in to seasonal operations, handle ordering, budgeting and stock control, and maintain the highest standards of kitchen hygiene and safety throughout the booking cycle.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional culinary experiences in private alpine chalets for Bramble Ski guests, ensuring consistent high service.
• Prepare breakfast, afternoon tea, canapés and elegant dinners to restaurant quality.
• Occasionally prepare lunches or late‑night snacks as agreed with resort or central management.
• Assist the Chalet Manager in delivering an exceptional guest experience throughout each booking.
• Plan seasonal menus in consultation with guests and manage food preparation processes.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety and compliance with company standards.
