Job summary

Le Collectionist in Val de Bagnes is seeking a Chalet Host for a luxury hospitality experience. You will deliver warm, discreet service from guest arrival to departure, ensuring every detail aligns with Bramble Ski standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in luxury hospitality, strong housekeeping, and comfort in welcoming guests. Fluency in English is required, with French or German as a bonus. This 4.5‑month role includes weekend work during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in luxury hospitality.
• Strong housekeeping skills with high attention to detail.
• Some cooking experience is a plus.
• Fluent in spoken English; French or German is a bonus.
• Reliable, discreet and service-oriented.
• Well-presented and comfortable in a guest-facing role.
• Passionate about hospitality and mountain life.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, professional, and discreet service from guest arrival to departure.
• Anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to exceed expectations.
• Set up, serve, and clear meals and drinks with precision and elegance.
• Provide assistance with guest requests and in-resort logistics where needed.
• Breakfast preparation and service daily.
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen and service area.
• Manage breakfast timing in coordination with guests and chef.
• Daily housekeeping to the highest standards, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Monitor and report any maintenance or technical issues promptly.
• Work closely with the chalet chef, manager and driver to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Stock and hygiene management, restock amenities and organise storage areas.
• Adhere to all health, hygiene, and safety protocols in food handling and cleaning.
