AYES is seeking an Airworthiness & Cabin Safety Certification Engineer to join our Switzerland-based engineering team. The role focuses on preparing certification documentation, planning tests, and supporting airworthiness activities across product development and certification.

You will collaborate with development, customers, and suppliers, contributing to design optimization and compliance with applicable aviation standards.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aviation Engineering or a comparable technical discipline.
• Experience or a strong background in aircraft certification, airworthiness or cabin safety.
• Knowledge of certification testing and preparation of technical certification documentation.
• Good spoken and written English and German.
• High quality standards combined with a team oriented, solution focused and proactive way of working.

Aufgaben

• Prepare certification documentation, including test reports and engineering analyses.
• Plan, coordinate and execute certification tests, including refrigeration systems, fire protection and acoustics.
• Support airworthiness and cabin safety activities throughout the product development and certification process.
• Advise the development department on design optimization and airworthiness requirements.
• Coordinate technical and certification activities with customers, partners and suppliers.
