Zusammenfassung

Merck in Switzerland seeks an Agentic AI Specialist to join our Digital Innovation & AI Enablement team. This role builds real AI systems that deliver measurable business value and move beyond experimentation to production.

You will design, prototype, deploy, and continuously improve AI solutions, aligning automation with business priorities while enforcing responsible AI and compliance standards. Collaboration with data scientists and process designers is essential.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on AI/ML solution development, with at least 1–2 years on Agentic AI or LLMs.
Strong Python proficiency and production-grade AI architectures.

Aufgaben

Design, prototype, deploy, and improve Agentic AI solutions and orchestration frameworks.
Align automation pipelines with business priorities while ensuring responsible AI and compliance (GxP).
Partner with Data Scientists, process designers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and contribute to internal AI Community of Practice.
