Zusammenfassung

SIX is seeking an AI Software Architect to shape the AI SDLC, design reference patterns, tooling, and quality gates for AI-augmented development in a regulated financial market infrastructure. You will drive adoption across multiple teams and own the technical direction for this transformation.

You will lead architecture decisions, review AI-generated code, and ensure safe, scalable AI integration. Fluent English is essential; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in software engineering with hands-on SDLC experience.
• Experience with AI harness, LLM APIs and agent frameworks.
• Proven ability to influence change across teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management; fluent English, German a plus.

Aufgaben

• Translate the AI software engineering strategy into working practice.
• Design, prototype and harden reference patterns, tooling and components for AI SDLC.
• Set technical standards for AI-based development in a regulated environment.
• Coach and enable teams across CH, ES, PL and IN to adopt AI practices.
• Lead lighthouse engagements to baseline and measure impact.
