Qualifikationen

• University degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or related quantitative field.
• 5+ years’ experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade AI/GenAI or data-driven products.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI solution implementation and production deployment.
• Strong proficiency in Python/PySpark and software development best practices.
• Expertise in data pipelines and MLOps at scale.
• Strong product thinking and ability to connect business problems with technology.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and lead delivery across business and tech teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English for business audiences.
