We are looking for an AI Product Owner who thrives at the intersection of AI, product, and business. In this role, you will combine hands‑on AI engineering expertise with software product and delivery leadership, building scalable AI solutions that create measurable business impact across underwriting, claims, and operations.
You’ll be part of our Property & Casualty AI Transformation team, whose mission is to harness advanced analytics and AI to create a competitive advantage for our business. We work closely with business stakeholders in underwriting, claims and operations and Data & Tech teams to design, deliver, and scale AI solutions that enhance decision‑making, improve productivity, and drive better outcomes across the organization.

For Switzerland, the base salary range for this position is between CHF 128,000 and CHF 192,000 (for a full‑time role).
