The assignment requires work from Switzerland, including at least two days onsite per week, starting in November 2026 for an initial six-month project with extension option.

We are looking for an AI Platform Engineer to build a secure, reusable environment for AI-assisted software development. You will work closely with software engineers and security specialists to bring coding agents into production delivery.

Your responsibilities include:

• Design and operate the platform supporting AI coding agents across the software development lifecycle.
• Build integrations with internal tools using MCP or comparable technologies, including appropriate access controls.
• Establish evaluation methods covering output quality, reliability and operating costs.
• Implement secure execution environments, approval checkpoints and auditability, while integrating with development and deployment workflows.

You bring:

• Practical experience delivering enterprise software using coding agents throughout the development lifecycle.
• Strong platform engineering skills, including reusable development workflows and context management for agents.
• Experience building and operating tool integrations, with a sound understanding of permissions, secrets and data security.
• Fluent German and the ability to explain technical decisions clearly.

The assignment requires work from Switzerland, including at least two days onsite per week.
