Zusammenfassung

Adnovum is seeking an AI Platform Engineer to help build and operate an AI-native software delivery platform. You will work across platform engineering, DevOps, SRE, and software delivery to enable secure, observable, and cost-efficient AI-enabled development for our enterprise clients.

You will shape the platform from the ground up, establish quality gates, governance, and incident response, while collaborating with engineering teams to evaluate new AI capabilities and drive value for customers.

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or SRE.
• Experience with AI-assisted or agentic software development.
• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and infrastructure-as-code (eg. Terraform)
• Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, or comparable container platforms
• Experience with observability, reliability engineering, and incident management
• Experience with software delivery lifecycle, quality engineering, and automated testing
• Knowledge of security best practices, identity management, and secrets handling
• Excellent communication skills
• Pragmatic, ownership-driven, and innovative mindset
• Ability to thrive in environments with uncertainty and rapidly evolving requirements
• Strong interest in emerging AI technologies and experimentation

Aufgaben

• Designing, implementing, operating and evolving the AI-Native Software Factory platform
• Establishing and maintaining quality gates, testing, and verification mechanisms
• Curating engineering standards, templates, architecture guidelines, and agent context
• Operating observability, security controls, and policy guardrails
• Managing platform configuration, LLM access, and cost transparency
• Supporting project onboarding and ensuring secure project isolation
• Driving continuous improvement through telemetry, reliability, and delivery metrics
