Zusammenfassung

Visium SA is seeking an AI Operations Associate to design and implement internal AI-native workflows, enabling teams to run more efficiently and securely. You will roll out the AI tool stack, train staff, and maintain healthy operating loops while balancing build vs. buy decisions.

You’ll work independently within a highly secure environment, engaging with leadership to shape Visium’s internal AI direction and drive measurable adoption across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Strong technical background in software or AI engineering with a track record of shipping results.
• Hands-on experience coding with agents and running agentic workflows (Cowork or similar).
• Solid understanding of agentic AI security and attack surfaces.
• Ability to design and build end-to-end workflows, MCP servers, and a clean internal data layer for agents.

• Design, build, and deploy agentic workflows to improve Visium's internal operations.
• Shape and execute Visium's internal AI strategy from direction to measurable operation.
• Drive adoption with shared resources and reference setups; design a continuous learning loop.
• Make pragmatic build-versus-buy decisions; prefer simple, managed solutions.
• Communicate policies clearly; ensure teams follow them.
• Measure adoption and productivity signals and iterate accordingly.
