Visium seeks an AI Operations Associate to design and run agentic workflows that improve how Visium operates internally. You’ll roll out and govern the AI tool stack, train colleagues to use it effectively, and maintain healthy operating loops that keep processes running smoothly.

You will balance build vs. buy, emphasize simple managed solutions, and communicate policies clearly. Independence and ownership are expected in a fast-paced, security-minded environment.

Qualifikationen

• Strong technical background in software or AI engineering.
• Experience coding with agents and running agentic workflows in practice.
• Understanding of AI security concepts and attack surfaces.
• Ability to design and build AI-integrations, workflows, and data layers.
• Fluent in cloud platforms, licensing, and cost considerations.
• Proven change-management and cross-functional training ability.
• Ability to scope problems, prefer simple, managed solutions.
