Zusammenfassung

Sonar is seeking a seasoned technologist to own and evolve a multi-platform internal technology ecosystem. You will design, build, and operationalize AI-native systems, and administer ITSM platforms, especially Jira Service Management, across a global organization.

You will prototype near the frontier, automate workflows end-to-end, and integrate enterprise tools. This role demands strong Atlassian expertise, security and governance focus, and a collaborative, results-driven mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience with AI-native platforms and building on them.
• 5+ years Jira/Atlassian admin in enterprise.
• Automation & integration via REST APIs and webhooks.
• Experience with identity providers and collaboration tools.
• CMDB/asset management experience.
• ITIL knowledge and incident/change management.

Aufgaben

• Own and evolve multi-platform internal tech ecosystem.
• Build AI-native systems and automations.
• Administer Atlassian ITSM platforms.
• Design platform integrations with Slack, HR, identity providers, and other tools.
• Develop automation pipelines to eliminate manual work at scale.
• Ensure governance and real-time visibility across platforms.
