Job summary

Nexi in Wallisellen (Zurich) is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to design and execute multi-channel campaigns, driving lead generation and pipeline growth across digital and offline channels. You will partner with the Enterprise Sales team to craft ABM initiatives, manage end-to-end campaigns with direct sales, and deliver webinars, events, and email programs that engage prospects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years in B2B marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, or campaign management.
• Experience planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, webinars, events, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data, build reports, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies that drive lead generation and pipeline growth across both digital and offline channels.
• Partner closely with Enterprise Sales to design and implement targeted ABM initiatives that accelerate opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end campaign management in collaboration with direct sales teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue goals.
• Conceptualize, coordinate, and deliver webinars, events, email marketing programs, and ABM campaigns that engage prospects throughout the customer journey.
• Work with Sales to ensure seamless lead handoff, lead nurturing, and continuous pipeline development.
• Monitor campaign performance and marketing funnel metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Create insightful reports, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations supporting decision-making.

In this position, you will:

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, or campaign management.
• Proven experience planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, webinars, events, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data, build reports, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs targeting enterprise customers.
• Familiarity with B2B technology, fintech, payments, or financial services industries.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including paid media, SEO, and social media advertising.
• Project management experience and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across different teams and markets.
