Zusammenfassung

LatticeFlow AI, a technical AI governance platform, seeks a Customer Success Engineer to own outcomes from pre-sales through renewal. You will define success criteria with prospects, oversee deployments with the FDE, and drive ongoing value for enterprise customers.

You’ll manage onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal, maintaining strong relationships and translating customer signals into proactive actions.

Qualifikationen

• Solid technical foundation with APIs and AI/ML workflows.
• Experience in pre-sales demos, POVs, or technical evaluations.
• Background in post-sales delivery in B2B SaaS or AI/ML.
• Commercial mindset with renewal and expansion understanding.
• Strong communication across technical and executive audiences.
• Familiarity with AI governance/compliance frameworks is a plus.
• Self-starter who builds structure and takes ownership.

Aufgaben

• Lead pre-sales engagements, define success criteria, and drive conversion narrative.
• Collaborate with FDE to ensure deployments meet success criteria.
• Own onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal post-signature.
• Maintain deep customer relationships and translate needs into value.
• Monitor health and adoption, translating signals into proactive actions.
• Coordinate renewal readiness and show value ahead of renewal.
• Partner with Sales on expansion opportunities and connect customer outcomes to growth.
• Advocate customer needs internally to guide product improvements.
