Job-Room in Zurich seeks a motivated engineer to join as a core member, building and improving agents that turn captured reality into documentation. You will work on the perception and semantic layer to recognise components in 3D and scale pipelines for video, point clouds, and large documents with substantial compute.

You combine strong Python skills with hands-on experience with LLMs and AI tooling, and you take ownership to ship features to paying customers.

Qualifikationen

• Solid engineering fundamentals and proficient in Python.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, agents and the tooling around them.
• Real leverage from AI-assisted development.
• Strong sense of ownership and follow-through.

Aufgaben

• Build and improve the agents that turn captured reality into finished documentation.
• Work on the perception and semantic layer that recognises components and structures in 3D.
• Build evaluation and verification to tell the team when the system is right or not.
• Scale pipelines behind it: video, point clouds, large documents and compute.
