Artificialy, an AI company based in Switzerland, seeks an AI Scientist to design and deliver LLM-based solutions for financial clients. You will own solution design and evaluation across diverse projects, collaborating with engineering and domain experts.

The role requires at least a Master’s or PhD, 5+ years of experience, and strong Python/SQL skills. Onsite work in Zurich or Lugano is expected, with 80% onsite availability.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience as AI Scientist or PhD.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-based systems (RAG, agents, fine-tuning).
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Proficient in English; strong communication skills.
