You will translate customer needs into actionable roadmaps, collaborate across Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, and stay close to evolving simulation and AI trends.

You bring 3+ years in engineering within complex programs, plus the ability to communicate precisely and drive structured prioritization.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of real engineering experience in a large industrial organization.
• Experience bridging engineering and software/product teams.
• Strong communication and prioritization skills.

Aufgaben

• Engage with customers to understand day-to-day workflows and unmet needs; translate insights into clear requirements and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Engineering and leadership to define product strategy and priorities.
• Own the product discovery process: design and run user research and synthesize findings across segments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Applications, and Marketing to ensure value and commercial viability.
• Represent the voice of industrial engineers to keep the product credible and useful.
• Track trends in engineering software, simulation, and AI tooling to identify opportunities.
