Job summary

SMG Swiss Marketplace Group is seeking an experienced Product Designer for Digital Platforms to shape real estate experiences across multiple brands. You will craft intuitive journeys for listing quality, discovery, conversion and lead generation, collaborating with product, data and engineering teams.

In this role you will design scalable design systems, explore AI-powered workflows, conduct research, run experiments, and deliver market-ready experiences that align with OKRs and multi-brand

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience shaping complex B2C digital marketplaces across Web, iOS, Android.
• Proven track record of using AI in design lifecycles (UI generation, rapid prototyping, research synthesis).
• Experience building scalable, multi-brand design systems with AI-assisted token governance.
• Strong user-centered design, quantitative/qualitative research, and data-informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design seamless user journeys for listing quality, visibility, and performance across Web and Mobile Apps.
• Integrate AI tools and workflows into daily design practices (wireframing, generative UI/UX concepts, prototyping).
• Build, evolve, and maintain scalable multi-brand design systems with AI automation for components and tokens.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Analysts, and Engineers on experiments (A/B tests, fake door tests, user research).
• Establish AI Design Ops guidelines to elevate product quality and team efficiency.
