Job summary

CDFAM - Computational Design Symposium is seeking a hands-on engineer to help customers embed NC’s AI into PLM, CAD, and CAE workflows. You will translate customer needs into practical integration plans and implement API-driven connections across engineering tools.

You will work on automation, data exchange, and contribute features back to the product. Travel up to a quarter on-site, with a hybrid model (40% remote); Lausanne preferred or Zurich.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience automating PLM and CAD systems through their APIs.
• Experience writing software used in production by engineers.
• Good knowledge of simulation workflows and data exchange (FEM/CFD/CAE).
• Customer-oriented and effective in on-site collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to understand their engineering workflows and translate context into integration plans.
• Connect NC to customer PLM, CAD, and simulation systems via APIs and scripting.
• Automate engineering workflows and data exchange across cloud or HPC environments.
• Contribute field experience into NC’s core product as a product engineer.
