Zusammenfassung

PwC Switzerland seeks a Deals Financial Services Strategy & Operations Manager to help clients maximize value on deal transactions. You will work with the Deals Financial Services team focusing on AI-enabled transformations, pre- and post-completion activities, and large-scale integrations.

You will collaborate with our US network and insurance clients to optimize legal structures and drive cross-border programs and PMO oversight across multiple regions.

Qualifikationen

• Masters degree in business administration or equivalent field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in industry or consulting (Big4 preferred).
• Proven experience using AI-supported tools to analyze large datasets.
• Experience in end-to-end M&A, integrations and carve-outs in financial services, especially insurance.

• Support Deals Financial Services teams in delivering AI-enabled services to clients.
• Lead or contribute to large-scale integrations and transformations across regions.
• Assist clients in optimizing legal structures via rationalization and separations.
• Coordinate multi-workstream PMO across geographies for deal-related programs.
