AWS EMEA SARL (Switzerland Branch) seeks a Senior Engagement Manager to lead Healthcare and Life Sciences transformation programs within AWS ProServe. You will orchestrate multi-workstream delivery with 50+ teams of builders, partners, and customers to deliver AI-driven modernization outcomes.

You will drive executive relationships, governance, and delivery excellence, shaping program direction and ROI while scaling AI-native development across engagements.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience managing technology transformation programs with multi-workstream scope.
• Experience in healthcare and/or life sciences industries.
• Experience with fixed-price, milestone-based delivery including scope management and financial discipline.
• Experience championing new delivery methodologies and governance for AI-enabled delivery.

Aufgaben

• Build and nurture trusted executive relationships (VP+) and provide strategic counsel on program direction and outcomes.
• Proactively manage interdependencies, risks, and accountability for program results in fast-changing environments.
• Coordinate across lines of business, IT, and partners to align priorities and timelines, escalating blockers as needed.
• Define and track measurable business outcomes and ROI to inform executive decisions.
• Own the program's financial health, including forecasting, revenue recognition, and scope management.
• Influence AI governance, guardrails, and multi-agent delivery practices within programs.
