Zusammenfassung

Swiss Re Corporate Solutions seeks an AI Delivery Lead to turn IP vision into measurable value. You will manage AI-enabled transformations across the IP value chain and partner with underwriting, operations, finance, and technology to deliver scalable capabilities.

You will own selected capabilities, drive adoption, and ensure ongoing value realization, with a hybrid work model and a base salary range reflective of CHF 126k–188k for a full-time role.

Qualifikationen

• University degree or equivalent professional experience in Business or a related discipline.
• 5+ years proven experience leading business transformation, consulting, or strategic delivery initiatives in complex organizations
• Experience delivering AI, digital, analytics, or technology-enabled transformation programs
• Strong understanding of AI and Generative AI and their practical business applications
• The ability to bridge strategy, business needs, and technology delivery

Aufgaben

• Manage AI-enabled transformation initiatives across the International Programs value chain, from idea through implementation and value realization.
• Translate business challenges and opportunities into actionable use cases, business cases, and delivery roadmaps.
• Partner with all stakeholders along the value chain such as underwriting, operations, finance, and technology teams.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders and ensure successful execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Shape and embed AI delivery standards, governance, and best practices within International Programs.
• Ensure AI solutions are effectively adopted through change management, communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor outcomes and benefits to ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value.
• Act as business owner for selected capabilities and solutions, ensuring they are embedded and evolved in day-to-day operations
