Swiss Re Corporate Solutions seeks an AI Delivery Lead for International Programs to drive AI-enabled transformations across the value chain, partnering with underwriting, operations, finance and technology. You will own selected capabilities, ensure adoption, and continuously evolve solutions to deliver measurable business value.

The role combines strategy, innovation and execution with a hybrid working model and global impact within a major reinsurance business.

Qualifikationen

International Programs is on a transformation journey to fundamentally rethink how global insurance programs are delivered. Rather than optimizing fragmented processes, we are reimagining the entire end-to-end IP lifecycle through AI, data, and modern technology. About the Role

As AI Delivery Lead , you will play a central role in turning the International Programs vision into reality. You will manage and deliver AI-enabled business solutions that create measurable value across the IP value chain.

In close collaboration with business, operations, and technology you will drive delivery across cross-functional teams, and ensure successful adoption of new capabilities. You will act as a trusted partner to business leaders while helping establish the foundations for scalable AI deployment across International Programs. Beyond delivery, you will take business ownership of selected capabilities and solutions, ensuring they continue to evolve, create value, and become an integral part of how International Programs operates.

Working closely with the IP Sponsor and the IP community, the team drives global capability development that shape the future of the business. With strong international exposure, the team partners across regions and functions, including underwriting, operations, finance, and technology.

About You

For Switzerland, the base salary range for this position is between CHF 126 000 and CHF 188 000 for a full-time role.

The applicant's own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience

In the situation where you do not meet all the requirements or you significantly exceed these, the offered salary may be below or above the advertised range.

• In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based annual bonus.

Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at least three days per week.
