Zusammenfassung

LGT Capital Partners AG in Switzerland seeks an AI & Data Solutions Analyst to join our central AI team. You will design data-driven AI solutions, own them end-to-end, and bridge business needs with AI engineers across the ED&S platform.

You will advance solution delivery, manage requirements, and stay current with generative AI trends while collaborating with stakeholders to drive adoption and change across the firm.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Business, Economics, IT, Data Science, or related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in AI/ML solution design, data-driven transformation, or AI product delivery.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including generative AI and large language models, with a business applications focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Redesign processes end-to-end using AI/ML and data as enablers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate target-state vision into user stories and deliverables.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for AI/ML solutions.
• Support configuration, testing, and deployment of AI tools and data-driven platforms.
• Act as product owner, manage backlog and ensure delivery aligns with business objectives.
