You will own design, delivery, and change management while partnering with ED&S stakeholders and business teams to turn requirements into real-world AI-enabled capabilities.

Qualifikationen

Job Description

We are looking for an AI & Data Solutions Analyst to join our central AI team. This role is dedicated to the Enterprise Data & Solutions (ED&S) platform, which brings together the firm’s data, analytics, solution delivery, and Corporate Functions transformation capabilities. Sitting at the intersection of the business and AI solution delivery, you will work closely with ED&S stakeholders and relevant business teams to identify opportunities, design data-driven and AI-powered solutions, and drive their adoption across the organization.

You combine strong analytical and stakeholder management skills with a genuine passion for AI/ML technologies and the ability to get hands-on when needed. You will act as a critical bridge between business teams and our AI/ML engineers, ensuring solutions are both technically sound and truly fit for purpose, while owning them end-to-end.

Business Analysis & Process Design

• Fundamentally rethink and redesign processes end-to-end, leveraging AI/ML and data as enablers — going well beyond requirements gathering to owning the full solution design;
• Develop solution designs that challenge existing ways of working, identifying where AI can eliminate manual effort, improve decision-making, or unlock new capabilities;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document current-state processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and translate the target-state vision into user stories and functional deliverables;
• Facilitate ideation and scoping workshops to prioritize new AI and data use cases for the Enterprise Data & Solutions (ED&S) platform and across platforms;
• Define and present conceptual approaches and solution options, driving stakeholder decision-making;
• Prepare training materials and lead change management efforts to drive adoption of new tools and solutions.

AI & Data Solution Delivery

• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for AI/ML solutions, acting as the bridge between business and technology teams;
• Support the configuration, testing, and deployment of AI tools and data-driven platforms; build and test prototypes to validate the technical and business feasibility of envisioned solution designs before committing to full delivery;
• Prepare test cases, execute user acceptance tests, and obtain sign-off from business stakeholders;
• Stay current with generative AI and ML developments and proactively identify opportunities to apply them within the firm.

Project Management & Product Ownership

• Act as product owner for AI/data solutions, maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog, defining acceptance criteria, and ensuring delivered increments meet business objectives;
• Manage the end-to-end delivery process in close collaboration with AI/ML engineers and data specialists — organizing sprints, tracking progress, removing blockers, and keeping stakeholders aligned.

Requirements

• University degree in Business, Economics, Business Informatics, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field;
• At least 2–3 years of professional experience in a role involving AI/ML solution design, data-driven transformation, or AI product delivery — either in financial services, a technology company, or a consulting firm with a focus on AI/data projects;
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including generative AI and large language models, with a strong desire to apply them in a business context;
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly grasp both business needs and technical constraints;
• Experience working with data — including data modeling, analysis, and interpretation — to support requirements prioritization and solution design;
• Comfortable working hands-on with tools and prototypes; basic familiarity with Python, SQL or React is a plus ;
• Proactive personality who takes ownership, uses initiative, and delivers reliably with a high level of integrity;
• Constructive challenger of the status quo, always looking for better ways to improve processes and outcomes;
• Strong team player, able to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus.
