Zusammenfassung

LGT Capital Partners is seeking an AI & Data Solutions Analyst to join the central AI team, focusing on the Enterprise Data & Solutions platform. You will bridge business and AI/ML engineers, shaping data-driven solutions and driving adoption across the organization.

You will own design, delivery, and change management while partnering with ED&S stakeholders and business teams to turn requirements into real-world AI-enabled capabilities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of experience in AI/ML solution design or AI product delivery.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and generative AI.
• Analytical mindset with ability to align business needs with technical constraints.
• Experience with data modeling and interpretation to support design decisions.
• Hands-on with tools; Python/SQL or React familiarity is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Redesign processes end-to-end using AI/ML and data to deliver full solution ownership.
• Create designs that challenge current practices and identify AI-enabled improvements.
• Document current-state processes and translate into user stories and deliverables.
• Lead ideation sessions to prioritize AI/data use cases for the ED&S platform.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and bridge business with tech teams.
• Oversee testing, deployment, and validation of AI tools and data platforms.
• Stay updated on generative AI/ML trends and apply where relevant.
• Act as product owner: manage backlog, acceptance criteria, and delivery increments.
