Prospera AI in Switzerland is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer with a strong frontend focus to shape Sophie’s user experience. This role is ~70% frontend and ~30% backend/integration, mainly building UI/UX while connecting APIs and occasionally adjusting backend logic.

You will own the Advisor Experience, build streaming UI, establish a design system, and drive performance optimizations for real-time interactions with wealth management clients.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years production React experience with hooks, context, and rendering optimization.
• Strong Next.js experience (App Router, server components, API routes).
• Proficiency with TypeScript and modern styling approaches.
• Ability to implement complex, responsive layouts without designer hand-holding.

Aufgaben

• Own the Advisor Experience: build the dashboard, conversation views, client insights panels, and recommendation displays.
• Build Streaming UI: real-time streaming displays, loading states, progressive disclosure.
• Establish Design Systems: create reusable components and maintain a cohesive library.
• Optimize Performance: ensure fast load times and smooth interactions for live client calls.
