Responsibilities

  • Ensure sales and portfolio development goals are met through prospecting and close collaboration with your sales managers, as well as your advisors in insurance, finance, and real estate.
  • Develop business in areas such as individual life, occupational pensions, financial investments, health insurance, and real estate brokerage within your agency's territory.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop your team members.
  • Motivate your team, systematically prospect the market, and implement action plans.

Your strengths

  • Comprehensive knowledge of insurance and finance sectors.
  • Proven success in consulting and sales.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with several years of leadership experience.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Extensive network within your agency's territory and a desire to establish a presence in the local business community.
  • Knowledge of German is an asset.
