Job summary

PAVE Space SA seeks a Systems Engineer to lead the full systems engineering scope for LYOBA and IBEX, ensuring architecture definition and verification across both vehicles. You will drive requirements decomposition, traceability, and interface management with internal teams, launchers, and payload customers.

Ideal candidates bring 3–4 years in aerospace with hands-on SE experience on hardware programs that flew or shipped, plus familiarity with ECSS, MIL-STD, or equivalent standards and strong

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in aerospace engineering with real systems engineering exposure (requirements, interfaces, verification).
• Experience with high-dV or propulsion-driven spacecraft architectures (upper stages, kick stages, or orbit transfer vehicles).
• Decomposed system-level needs into subsystem requirements with verification traceability.

Responsibilities

• Own systems engineering scope for LYOBA and IBEX across architecture and baseline.
• Decompose requirements and ensure traceability from mission needs to subsystem specs.
• Manage interfaces internally and with launchers and customer payloads.
