Zusammenfassung

Aerospace manufacturing is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to oversee QA across manufacturing, assembly, integration and test processes in an aerospace production environment.

You will lead non-conformance investigations, perform root cause analysis, develop QA programs aligned with project milestones, contribute to internal and customer audits and establish process documentation. Flexible and mobile working is offered, with 5+ weeks vacation and potential for a permanent role.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant experience in quality and continuous improvement.
• Degree in engineering or a similar relevant discipline preferred.
• Knowledge of EN9100, ECSS, NASA and MIL standards.
• Ability to analyse technical products and systems and their function.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Fluent in German.
• Experience with quality preventive methodologies such as 5Why and Ishikawa Fishbone.

Aufgaben

• Lead non-conformance investigation and root cause analysis for product or process deviations
• Oversee quality aspects of manufacturing, assembly, integration and test processes
• Implement and develop quality assurance programs aligned with project milestones
• Establish critical-to-quality features with process engineering and operations
• Moderate process FMEA and execute quality inspections
• Establish process quality documentation and support process qualification
• Contribute to customer and internal audits as quality assurance representative
