Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field.
- 5+ years in manufacturing engineering or related role.
- Experience in manufacturing process development and industrialization.
- Experience with R&D and Production collaboration.
- Experience with equipment qualification and commissioning.
- Structured problem-solving and continuous improvement skills.
- English in an international setting.
Responsibilities
- Own manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes and tooling.
- Lead New Product Introduction and industrialization.
- Collaborate with R&D, Production, Quality, Maintenance, and suppliers.
- Drive CAPEX projects from specification to handover.
- Provide hands-on technical support and root cause analysis.
- Maintain manufacturing documentation and records.
