Pilatus Flugzeugwerke AG is seeking a Mechnical Systems Engineer to own multiple mechanical systems across aircraft platforms and ensure lifecycle integrity. You will design, qualify and certify components in compliance with FAR/EASA-CS Part 23, while preparing reports and supporting in-service operations.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of aerospace mechanical systems development, integration and certification experience.
• Experience with RTCA DO-160 and DO-254.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent English.
• Highly organized and proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of multiple mechanical systems across aircraft platforms throughout their lifecycle.
• Design, develop, qualify, and certify mechanical components and systems per FAR/EASA-CS Part 23 requirements.
• Prepare technical reports, investigate engineering issues, and provide technical support for in-service aircraft operations.
• Act as the technical focal point for external suppliers, managing interfaces with system and equipment vendors.
• Support and participate in aircraft ground tests, flight tests, and introduction of new developments into production.
• Analyze in-service technical issues and define corrective actions with production and customer support teams.
